Time / Part Time - Shipping/Receiving - Customer Service Staff
We are looking for an individual to join our team and help expand our
growing internet and retail sales shipping operation.
- This person will report to and work directly with our
shipping manager and will have duties that include picking orders,
packing shipments, responding to customer inquiries regarding order
status and helping internet and phone order customers with general
customer service issues.
- After you have been given sufficient time to learn our
systems, on days when the the shipping manager is off or out ill, you
will be expected to manage all shipping related operations
and direct other employees to help you maintain this part of our
operation.
- You MUST be able to multi-task and keep track of several
projects at once.
- Applicants should be familiar with computers and standard
Windows operating system.
- You should have general familiarization with writing e-mail
and responding to customer inquiries and posses a courteous phone
manner.
- It is NOT mandatory that applicants have extensive fishing
knowledge as we are really looking more for competent reliable
individuals that are willing to learn and become part of our team,
though a general fishing knowledge would be helpful.
- This position is generally a "back office" position and
does not require that you spend time working with retail store customers
or making sales in our retail store.

Please Note:
This position is open and available now (as of May 2008) at our retail
store location in San Francisco.(3141 Clement St. in the Richmond
District) though within 2-6 months we will be moving our operation to a new and larger store location in South San Francisco. Applicants that are willing to make the move with us will be given top consideration.
