Pro-Cure PC-NIT Sodium Nitrite - 32oz

A great anti mold ingredient to add to your egg cure. Also sets a deep natural reddish color into non-dyed, salted eggs. Sodium Nitrite is a must in Prawn and shrimp cures. Use a 100% salt brine formula, then add the sodium Nitrite. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup per gallon of salt brine. Resealable plastic jar.
