Gann's Performance Tackle Hummer Jig 3/8 - 1/2 oz

The “ Hummer” Jig is the newest addition to the line-up, based on a 3/0 and 4/0 Gamakatsu flat eye hook, with a head design that forges the attributes of the Arky and Banana style into one package. It is compact and really does many applications well. It again has the three head colors, Black, Brown and Camo, and the color matched fiber weedguard. It incorporates the wire trailer keeper and the Hand tied 50-60 strand silicone skirts into a performance based package.

The “Hummer” is at home casting in lakes and just as adept at pitchin in tules or swimming through weedbeds, the “Hummer” jig is currently available in 3/8 and ½ oz models, with a 3/4 and 1oz model due out in early 2009. The slight flat area on the bottom of the head helps to hold hook upwards off the bottom to increase hooking percentages, the wire hook is heavy enough to keep flexing to minimum. And the “sticky” sharp Gamakatsu will pop through and hold the largest fish.

This is a compact bait that gets bit, even or especially in water that is receiving extra fishing pressure.
