Qualia NLF - No Load Fishing Spinning Reels
Only 2.5% of the earth’s water is freshwater and 80% of this is locked into ice caps and glaciers*. We asked an obvious question: Why design a series of reels that can safely only be used on about 0.5% of the world’s water? It made no sense to us! So we designed this extraordinary all-purpose series of spinning reels to be used in 100% of the world’s fishable water – including the 97% that is saline. With more than 2-1/2 times the main shaft support of most conventional spinning reels and no contact between the main shafts and pinion gears, these all-aluminum reels offer a whole level of strength and support - and no binding if the main shaft flexes under heavy loads. With sizes from very small to very large, and all sizes braid-ready, these reels let fishermen look at spinning reels in a whole light.

Qualia Spincasting Reels

Spincasting reels are often perceived as low-end, beginners’ reels. And in many cases this is true, because they can be designed to require a low cost. Qualia has made its own spincasting reels for fishermen who enjoy the uncomplicated design and function of spincasting reels, but want durable workhorses that will fish hard and comfortably, and still last many years. These spincasting reels are fully engineered with automotive-style disc brakes, multiple ball bearings, rotational support of the gears directly to the frame and materials that are usually found in only the most expensive tackle. Each reel is perfectly matched with a rod designed specifically for that combo.
