Thanksgiving Holiday Week Discount November 28, 2012

Hi There,

First off, thank you for the opportunity to shop your online store. The site is very well designed and also very user friendly. The item I ordered arrived in tact and looks to be exactly what I was looking for.

I was discouraged however around your holiday discount percentage fluctuation. Being the first to advertise a Black Friday discount (15% early bird) was great. However, all other online retailers offered 20% for almost as long. On top of that, I made my purchase (early bird) thinking that the 15% was going to be Hi's best discount, only to find out that on Monday you offered 20% off. This is very misleading, and almost deceitful to the customers who purchased early on.

In the future I would recommend sticking with either the same discount percentage or allowing for price adjustments to those who spent their money with you.
