Monday through Saturday. We do our best to describe our products online
but there will inevitably be questions you might have before you buy an
item, we are here to answer those questions with experienced staff
anglers and not just order taker/operators. We also staff our toll free
phone number after regular store hours wuth live customer service
representatives to help resolve oder/customer service issues. So
basically we are never out of touch and you will not be forced into a
"voicemail black hole" where it becomes difficult for you to get the
help you need when you need it.

We send you an e-mail receipt when you place your order letting you
know it has been received. You will aslo receive a confirmation e-mail
