| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

We charge California state sales tax only.
We only charge sales tax for on orders that have a California billing or shipping address.
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped or billed to an address outside of California. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will
be charged within 24 hours prior to or after shipment of your order.
During checkout process
the amount of your order is "authorized" to be charged
against your credit card account. This initial "authorization"
is not an actual completed charge, we do not process the final charge
until we can verify the item is in stock and/or to give you(the
buyer) the opportunity to edit/change or cancel the order. In the
event that you(the buyer) or we(Hi's Tackle Box) need to cancel your
order, the initial "authorization" will simply drop off of
your credit card account within a set time period. We(Hi's Tackle
Box) have no control over the amount of time required to have an
"authorization" hold removed from your account, this is
solely the discretion and policy of the issuing credit card company.
Any and all questions regarding an authorization hold should be
directed to the credit card company.
