Payment & Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
 
  • We accept Visa & Mastercard credit card payments through our SECURE online checkout system.
  • For customers that do not wish to pay online we will gladly process your order via telephone using Mastercard/Visa with one of our staff members, please contact us.
  • We accept payments in the form of Paypal payments. *Please note, Paypal offers the ability to pay with several payment options which include a standard(MC/Visa) credit card transaction, a transfer of funds from an existing Paypal account and the "e-check" payment option. In the case of  "e-check" payments there will be a delay before an order is shipped as we(Hi's Tackle Box) wait for the "e-check" transaction to complete.  Typically this delay will be between 3-7 business days. This is a function of the banking system and we(Hi's Tackle Box) have no control over this process. If you do not want to experience this delay we suggest that you NOT use the "e-check" form of payment.
  • We do not accept US Postal money orders, personal checks or cash for items purchased through our website.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
 
  • Please see our Shippimg Rates & Info page for a more detailed explanation of our shipping rates and policies.
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
  • We will ship your order as soon as we have had the opportunity to confirm the stock status of the item(s) you have ordered and process your payment. 
  • If there is going to be a delay in filling your order beyond 7 days we will contact you and give you the opportunity to keep your order in "backorder" status or you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.
  • At any time you may check the status of your order by logging into your account using the "My Account/Order Status" link located in the top right corner of our website. *Your username is the e-mail address you provided during checkout, your password is the password you selected during checkout. If you have forgotten your password please use the "forgot your password" link and it will be e-mailed to you.
  • If you have specific delivery requirements, ie: you can not wait for an item to be shipped in our normal time frame as described above, please use the "notes section during the checkout process to inform us of your request.
